Join us for a special festive afternoon with a visit and present from Santa. Taking place in our Gift & Coffee Shop; our elves will guide you to your table for an afternoon of festive joy which includes a feast of mini sandwiches, and savouries,  festive sweet treats and a drink to enjoy whilst you await the visit from you know who! Craft activities on the tables.

Pricing 

Child Afternoon Tea - £16.95 per child. Also includes crafts on the table and a present from Santa

Adults - Free Entry.

Please book a ticket for every attending adult to ensure your table size accommodates your party.  

Numbers are limited and thus tables may not be able to be increased on the day.  

Adults may purchase drinks and cakes from the coffee shop counter. 

We are not offering an Adult Afternoon Tea option.

Tickets & Table Sizes

All people attending and wishing to be sat at the table need to select one of the options when booking so we can ensure we can accommodate your booking. We can only accommodate on tables the number of people who book an option in advance.

The number of tickets available when booking denotes the largest size table we have left available on that date.  

E.G is you can only book 6 tickets; this is because the latest ice table left is for 6 people.

Children must be accompanied at all times by at least one adult. 

There is not an option to order a Child Afternoon Tea on the day.​

Free entry for babies under the age of one year. Please note that a 'Free Baby Ticket' does not include food or a present from Santa. Highchairs are subject to availability and should be requested at the time of booking. 

 

Dietary Requirements 

Please ensure to let us know of any dietary requirements/dislikes at the time of booking. We can additionally accommodate Pescatarian, Vegetarian and Vegan Afternoon Tea.

We are looking into a Gluten Free Option - Please email hello@bawdonlodgefarm.co.uk to arrange a callback to chat through.

Any dislikes will be swopped in for other items on the menu. We cannot accommodate special food requests not on the menu. We cannot accommodate dietary changes on the day of the event.

Tables can only be booked during this event for Afternoon Tea with Santa. SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.

The Gift & Coffee Shop is not open to the public during this event.
